I have to say that the weather this weekend was LESS than desirable! Saturday it was just plain miserable. I had to reschedule 3 photo shoots…what a bummer! Today was o.k. but pretty darn chilly. I had a very fun Senior Spokesmodel session with “Miss J”. She was wonderful to photograph! Just look at those gorgeous blue eyes! Miss J, you were such a trooper for being dragged all over Lake County and having to hang out in short sleeves on such a chilly day!!! I think it was worth it though! LOL! Thanks for a great afternoon!

O.K….not really but Sam did get a haircut today. The photo on the left is Sam’s “before” photo taken this morning and the one on the right is his “after” photo. I like his hair longer but after a while he starts looking like he is wearing a wig..LOL! I cringe every time I take him to get a haircut because I am always worried they will cut his hair too short….I think his new haircut looks pretty darn cute…not that I am biased or anything! As usual he looks overjoyed to have his photo taken. Happy Friday to you!

Here is a photo of Baby Ben who is now almost 11months old….He is growing up way too fast for me! Today the kids thought it would be fun to spike up his crazy hair… so here he is sporting his “fauxhawk”. Although it’s kind of hard to see….He looked like quite the “rock -n-roll” baby! LOL! Poor Bubba (my sweet pug) just looked at us like we were crazy….

We decided to do our own Earth Day celebration today. Yes we are a day late but when you are 3 and 5 years old it doesn’t really matter…LOL..We picked out some pretty flowers to plant in our garden and went to the park. Izzy is a little bit over dressed for the occasion but it’s class picture day today at school. She is sporting her cute Matilda Jane outfit which she loves. Can you believe they do school photos in the fall AND in the spring?!?!

I really wanted to practice on my sunflare and backlighting techniques the other evening but I had NO models that would cooperate…LOL…This was the only shot that turned out half way decent. Yes, Izzy is wearing her favorite hat yet again…She LOVES that hat. The second shot is from our magnolia tree. It’s such a shame that the pretty flowers on this tree only last a very short time!
