Gumball Birthday Bash….

Last week we celebrated Izzy’s birthday with a gumball themed party….I wasn’t quite sure what we would do at a gumball themed party (it was Izzy’s idea) so we had kraftykidz come in and make a fun gumball craft with the girls.  We also had a bubble blowing contest which resulted in LOTS of big bubbles popping on faces and a fun little “photobooth” equipped with paper glasses, mustaches and glitter lips.  I think (hope) they had a great time.  🙂

Unfortunately, my party photos didn’t turn out as good as I had hoped.   I was too busy with the actual party “stuff” and didn’t spend enough time taking photos.  I am soo bummed!  Note to self, next time I throw a party I should hire a photographer to take the photos! 😉

I have a few people to thank with the planning of this party!  They are all fabulously talented, creative women who do amazing work!!!

Thank you to Kim at The TomKat Studio for creating all of the wonderful gumball themed paper goods.  Be sure to check out her site!  Talk about inspiration!!!  She is a party genius!

Thank you to  Cristy of  Paperlili for making Izzy the coolest gumball shirt ever!!  If you are looking for ADORABLE tees for kids and moms be sure to check out her site!!!

Thank you to Lisa of The Cookie Jar for creating the most fabulous cookies!!!  I am truly blown away by her talent!!!

Thank you to my wonderful friend Tristian of Gracylou Originals.  She created the gorgeous hairpiece Izzy is wearing specifically for her gumball party!  Thank you!  Thank you!

Maysem Hammad - Beyond adorable!! Love everything!! The make/paint your own gumball machine craft is so creative! Did the girls put them together from beginning to end or did you have to do some prepping such as pre-glueing anything? And what kind of glass bowls are those?

dina - Hello there, Your party is gorgous and I was just wondering how you held up your backdrop on the dessert table. Usually they are leaned up against a wall but since this party was outside it looks like that could have been tricky. Thanks in advance for your reply.
