Lemonade Stand…

A few weeks ago the kiddos had a lemonade stand to raise money for the Northern Illinois Pug Rescue & Adoption.  Although our little pug Millie came from a breeder,we love pugs and wanted to help such a great organization.  The lemonade stand was a success and the kiddos had a great time! :)

RossAugust 24, 2012 - 4:09 am

What a great idea to raise money! I know if I’d driven past a stand like that I would have pulled over and donated to the cause in an instant!

Gorgeous Girls….

Just so you know, I have NOT fallen off the face of the earth!!:)  It’s just been a crazy, busy summer that my poor blog has been ignored.  I am finally posting images from a session I had a while back with three gorgeous young ladies.  They were so wonderful to photograph. :)  Hope your summer is going well!

Hola Kate! Hace mucho tiempo que no te escribo. Ya te echaba de menos. Muy bonitas las fotos, como siempre. Un saludo. Esther

Instagram Photo Dump for June…

So what have we been up to these past hot days of June????  Art camp which the kiddos have LOVED!!!  Thank you Artist at Heart!!! We have had many trips to the local swimming pool, Great America and downtown Chicago and lots of ice cream at the Tastee Freeze. Of course we couldn’t forget to include our pup Millie Mae!  Doesn’t she look thrilled to be sporting her “circus afro”??:)

If you are wondering what that white and yellow object is (in the second row), it’s the beginning stages of the kid’s lemonade stand.  They can’t wait till it’s done!  I have pinterest to thank for that idea. :)

Inspiration for doing an instagram photo dump is from the fabulous blog (which is so worth checking out) Enjoying The Small Things….

Neglected…

WOW!!!  I have been such a bad blogger lately…it seems that my crazy life has gotten the better of me and blogging hasn’t been quite a priority.  Of course you can always keep up with me via facebook (I am always up to date there) and for fun you can follow me on instagram…I am katebogo  .   I am going to try to be better about updating my blog….;)

Anyway….here is a GORGEOUS young lady that I had the pleasure of photographing recently….

ChelseyJune 18, 2012 - 5:50 pm

She’s adorable – & yes, summer always seems to up the ante – hard to find time to do anything when we are always on the go so much with work, life & play! Happy Summer to you & the kids!

I have read so many content on the topic of the blogger lovers
however this post is genuinely a fastidious piece of writing, keep it up.

52 Week Challenge – Week 15 Fruit

What can I say????  The last two weeks I have been a bit of a “slacker” when it comes to the 52 week challenge….I am blaming it on the 50 Shades of Grey books!;)Needless to say the photos I took for this week’s challenge did not get edited in time so I am using two from this fall for our theme of “Fruit”…..

** just an F.Y.I….if you decide to read the 50 Shades of Grey series be prepared for some pretty “steamy” reading! LOL!;)

Now go check out the fabulous Elizabeth McDonough of Elizabeth McDonough Photography from North Carolina for her beautiful take on this weeks challenge!
